Ceiling Fan Installation

Manufacturer Defect & Functionality Policy:

Labor fees cover the physical assembly and structural mounting of the client-supplied fixture to a code-compliant box. Because out-of-the-box component defects or internal motor failures cannot be diagnosed until the fan is completely assembled, wired, and energized, full installation payment is strictly required regardless of the unit's final operational status. Any subsequent return visits to remove a defective fan and install a replacement unit will be treated as a completely separate project and billed at the standard minimum rate.
