Labor fees cover the direct mechanical swap of standard residential locksets onto code-compliant, properly aligned pre-bored doors. Because structural door warping, incorrect backset sizing, or sagging hinges cannot be resolved by a standard component swap, full payment is required regardless of final latch operational status. Structural door adjustments or return visits due to incompatible client-supplied hardware will be treated as a new project and billed at standard minimum rates.
